There are many ways you can do to keep your life keep healthy. Here I will share simple tips to you. Healthy is not necessarily expensive and classy. Healthy is simple. When human repair itself properly and regularly and observes their behavior, it will be very easy to be healthy. Behavior is part of health which has a very important role. A healthy person is one who noticed his behavior. Especially, the healthy behaviors.

Tips Healthy Living behaviors can be done in the following ways:

  1. Eat foods that are healthy and nutritious. Simply put, the food contains energy and nutrients needed by the body. Consumption of macro nutrients such as carbohydrates, proteins and fats should be balanced and controlled. Try to fit the needs of your daily energy. Related how kebuhan your daily energy, it is necessary to first consult with a nutritional consultant / qualified health personnel related to it.
  2. Drinking water regularly every day more or less about 2 liters (the equivalent of 8 glasses) is one of the healthy behavior.
